OUR HO-HO-HOBO SANTA EXPRESS is the same family fun entertainment we have been providing since the start up of the scenic Hobo Railroad in 1987. Our railroad operates the Santa Train during daylight hours on selected winter days as noted on the schedule above. The ticket prices are $15.00 per person with under 2 FREE which include free Hot Chocolate and Cookies. Take a Santa Train with Mr Santa Claus himself on board on an hour and twenty minute ride of family fun! Your ride will follow along the Pemigewassett River from Hobo Junction in Lincoln to Woodstock. Our cars our warm and comfortable, most with tables for a family fun event. Enjoy your wait for Santa Train time in our classic design railroad station with gifts and souvenirs. Santa visits each child on the Santa Train and he even has a free gift for each. Our little elves and help out Santa collect xmas lists. Also Flying Yankee and Polar Express Souvenirs are available in our Hobo Junction Gift Shop.

SANTA TRAINS DEPART from our classic style depot on Route 112 directly opposite the White Mountains Visitors Center. Rt. 112 in Lincoln is also the Kancamagus Hwy noted for its scenic climb over Kancamagus Pass to the eastern part of the White Mountains.

LINCOLN, NH is a small town nestled at the base of Franconia Notch State Park home of the site of the now collapsed "Old Man of the Mountain". Notice the steep rock cliffs of Cannon Mountain on the picture top left. This is where the "Old Man" was perched for thousands of years. Our railroad abuts RT 93 making it an easy and quick trip from the Boston area for a day trip to ride the Hobo Santa Train or perhaps we can suggest a mini weekend vacation in the snow filled White Mountains. Most hotels and restaurants are open year round due to the fine numerous seasons that bless the Franconia Notch area, making it a year round vacation spot

    POLAR EXPRESS
Again this year we will also be hosting the Polar Express as featured in the Tom Hank's movie of the same name. Those tickets are sold by the The Believe in Books Literacy Foundation exclusively, and the Hobo Railroad has no involvement at all in the ticketing process. The Believe in Books Literacy Foundation plan, sponsor and produce the epic adventure to the North Pole. For ticketing information go here

Holiday Magic Light Park Dont miss this exciting event on your way home from our Santa Trains. Only 8 miles south of Hobo Railroad at exit 29 off RT 93 in Campton, NH. A stunning light show
